How do I get a physical copy of your Brochure?

I heard that there may be associate member dues if I’m not a member of NALC.  Is that true? 

There is a $36 annual membership fee for non-postal employees.  See the front cover of the NALC Health Benefit Plan Brochure for more information.

Does this plan cover dental and vision?

The NALC Health Benefit Plan does not offer routine dental or vision coverage.  However, the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) is separate from the FEHB program.  You can find a comparison of the plans available and their premiums on the OPM website at http://www.opm.gov/dental and http://www.opm.gov/vision
